About the event

Lex Anglo-Brasil and QMUL have the pleasure of inviting you to a unique event that brings together the Brazilian and English legal community, alongside quality discussion touching on current and future challenges in international arbitration.

The 3-day online event shall hold discussions between speakers of English and Brazilian jurisdictions on (1) Comparative Issues - Flavia Bittar, Marion Smith QC & Ricardo Aprigliano, (2) Ethical issues - Eliana Baraldi, Gilberto Giusti & Frederico Singarajah and (3) Dilemmas in the Future of International Arbitration - Amanda Lee, Carolina Morandi & Daniel Levy.

If you would like to attend, you can purchase tickets either for a single day of for all 3. All profits shall be donated to the Educa Foundation.  This event is supported by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Brazil Branch, the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), Arbitral Women, the Commercial Bar Association (COMBAR) and Hardwicke.
